The Scott & Gary Show! was a NYC based public Access TV variety show that aired in many US cities between 1983 and 1989 and featured live music, audience dance parties and comic skits. The show was created by Scott Lewis and Gary Winter. Among the musical guests were The Beastie Boys, Butthole Surfers, Half-Japanese, R. Stevie Moore, The Raunch Hands, etc.  The Scott and Gary Show! has been featured in exhibitions including the Museum of the City of New York’s New York, New Music 1980–1986 exhibit, The Museum of the Moving Image’s TV Party: A Panorama of Public Access in NYC exhibit; screened at many film festivals including The Woodstock Film Festival, The New York Underground Film Festival, The Maryland Film Festival, etc. and is part of the New York University’s Fales Library Special Collections. The show has since taken on cult status and continues to attract new fans.
